Miriam joins One Planet Group after spending more than a decade in the art world. As the Director of Public Relations and Communications at One Planet Group, Miriam oversees all communications efforts for OPG and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining One Planet Group, Miriam oversaw communications for the seventh most visited art museum in the United States, the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. While at the Museums, she oversaw the openings of many exhibitions, most notably Oscar de la Renta: The Retrospective, curated by former American editor-at-large at Vogue, André Leon Talley, and Contemporary Muslim Fashions, hailed as a “turning point in American history” by the Hollywood Reporter, and winner of PR Daily’s 2019 Grand Prize for non-profit campaign of the year. She has extensive knowledge of public relations and digital engagement strategies.
Prior to joining the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, Miriam worked at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles. She has a BA in film production and art history from Loyola Marymount University.
Miriam currently lives in San Francisco with her husband and daughter.
