The One Planet Summit is an intimate forum for leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals striving to build successful ventures that also, consciously, serve humanity. Taking place November 2–4, 2023 at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Monterey Bay, it is designed to share knowledge, foster connections, and fundamentally reimagine the link between our economic decisions and spiritual existence.
In contrast to a traditional holiday party, Holidays with a Purpose takes the funds that would traditionally be spent and puts the amount instead toward something impactful. Over the years, the event has raised over 2 million dollars for organizations supporting women’s rights and education. The 2023 recipients were Starfish International and Lide Haiti.

The One Planet Summit is pioneering a business philosophy that champions humanity's well-being above traditional corporate objectives. Each year, the Summit serves as a forum for leaders and visionaries, who blend business and spiritual insight, to inspire real-world solutions and foster a new community of collaborators.
In November 2023, our inaugural event took place at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Monterey Bay. Themed 'Spiritual Capitalism,' this year's gathering brought together more than 200 participants and showcased over 30 presentations.
We’ll set the context of the Summit with hearing unique experiences on how profit and influence can be drivers for the collective good. We’ll hear from four leaders and sit down with billionaire, philanthropist and entrepreneur, Steve Sarowitz.
Affinity Groups are an opportunity for Summit guests to meet and engage on a theme of shared-interest. Facilitators will start the conversation, ask each member of the table to introduce themselves, and invite them to share what aspect of the topic most interests them.

Probing the fault lines of institutional collapse and materialism, we explore how transformations of our business ecosystems can take shape. What would an investment strategy look like that acknowledges racial and social bias? How can we reassess the definition of influence and success? How could these shifts contribute to a more inclusive and equitable landscape?
